Terms and Conditions

Mediprep Pro is designed to help you prepare for medical examinations by providing study materials, practice questions, mock exams, performance analytics and related resources. You agree to use the Service solely for your own personal and educational purposes.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account and use the Service.

To access most features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration, to keep that information current, and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, transferred or used by more than one person. Please notify us immediately at info@mediprep.net if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service. This licence is for personal, non-commercial use only and does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

The content, question banks, explanations, design, logos and software that make up Mediprep Pro are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title and interest in the Service remain with us or our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, record, scrape, republish, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

Access to certain exams and question banks requires payment of a subscription fee. Prices are displayed on the relevant exam page before you complete your purchase, and the subscription period for each exam is shown at the point of sale.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. Depending on your location, checkout is handled by Paystack or Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details; these are handled directly by the payment provider under their own terms and security standards.

You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges or currency conversion fees applied by your card issuer or payment provider. Where a free trial is offered, its scope and duration are described at the time it is made available, and we may withdraw or change free trial offers at any time.

Because the Service provides immediate access to digital study material, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis where the Service was materially unavailable for an extended period, where you were charged in error, or where a refund is required by the consumer protection laws that apply to you. Refund requests should be sent to info@mediprep.net within 14 days of the charge, together with your account email and the transaction reference.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current subscription period unless stated otherwise above.

When using Mediprep Pro, you agree not to:

• share, resell, publish or otherwise distribute questions, explanations or any other content from the Service;
• share your account credentials or allow any other person to use your account;
• use automated tools, scrapers, bots or scripts to extract content from or interact with the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems and infrastructure;
• interfere with, disrupt or place undue load on the Service or the networks it relies on;
• upload or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, abusive or infringing material; or
• use the Service in any way that breaches the rules or codes of conduct of an examining body, or that constitutes examination malpractice.

The Service allows you to tag questions and to report questions you believe are inaccurate, along with any supporting comments you choose to submit. You retain ownership of what you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, review and act on that submission for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. We may review, edit or remove submissions at our discretion.

The Service relies on third parties for payment processing, hosting, approximate location lookup and similar functions. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of any third-party service, and links to external sites do not imply our endorsement of them.

Mediprep Pro is an examination preparation tool. Its content is provided for educational purposes only and is not medical advice, and it must not be relied upon for the diagnosis or treatment of any patient or condition. Always exercise your own professional judgement and consult authoritative clinical sources.

While we work to keep our question bank accurate and current, we do not warrant that the content is free from error, that it reflects the most recent syllabus of any examining body, or that using the Service will result in you passing any examination. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any examining body.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mediprep Pro and its directors, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or examination opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Service, including blacklisting an account, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, in particular the acceptable use rules in section 7, or where required to comply with the law.

Where the breach is not serious and can be put right, we will normally give you notice and an opportunity to do so. Termination for a serious breach may occur without notice and without refund. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or to legal requirements. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email.

Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
